Fanlistings
Yes, this is a fanlisting. It is listed at The Fanlistings Network under Arts and Design, and has been since October 5th, 2008. A fanlisting is simply what it sounds like - a list of fans. We love drawing and thought it would be fun to see who else does too. Even more fun are the stats and countries bits!
And you want my email because...?
We ask for your email on our form so we can contact you in regards to the fanlisting. This can be a number of things - you'll get an email when you submit your information, you'll get one when we add you to the list, and if the fanlisting ever moves or changes owners, you'll get one for those too. There are also the updated information and lost password functions, which require your email address in order for you to be able to use them. Your email is partly how we identify you, especially when you aren't the only Ashley/Bob/Gerald/Jenna and so on. We will not display your email on our list either, so you are protected from spam and bored people.
Resources
All of the art on this website is by us. We are very protective over our art even if we are the only ones that like it, so please don't take it, not even for the "lulz." The pad of paper and the pencil are from stock.xchng and the repeating wooden background is from Gallerie1, a crazy (but useful) German website that we can't actually read. The layout was put together in Paint Shop Pro 7 and coded in Notepad. The fanlisting is run on Enthusiast and the buttons are organized with Icon Sort.
Squid and Mushroom?
Yeah. Got a problem? :P Squid and Mushroom are just playful nicknames that we use for ourselves, an inside joke. Amber is Squid, Crystal is Mushroom.
